和鐵機械採用雙平板堅強結構，外層立板牢固，接觸面少且刻有細紋，使面網不易滑動，並達到高真圓度。第二層平板採用不鏽鋼葉片，與圓網軸心呈傾斜角度，高速運轉能產生吸引力幫助脫水，廣受客戶採用，以高速度製造各式紙張。
Our patented cylinder molds are designed by a double-flat-plate structure, ensuring maximum stability and functionality.
The outer vertical plate is engraved with a dedicated ditch which decreases the contrast surface and stabilizes the meshed wire covering. This produces a perfectly round cylinder mold with excellent stability.
The inner plate is made of stainless steel blades. These are attached to the center axle of the cylinder mold. The inner plate creates a suction force to accelerate dehydration during high-rpm operation. This is especially helpful for our customers manufacturing paper in high-throughput operations.
